New Patients

Your first visit to our orthodontic office is an exciting time! It's a chance for us to get acquainted, and for you to learn about the treatments and services we offer. When you walk in the door, you may notice that our office looks similar to your regular dentist's office; what we do here, however, is a little different.

Your First Visit

Your first visit to our orthodontic office is our first chance for us to get acquainted and for you to learn about the treatments and services we offer. Everything will start with your initial consultation. You should plan to spend at least an hour with us for the first time. That time is to ensure that no one has to rush and that you get plenty of time to communicate your needs and concerns and to ask any questions you may have. You will meet one of our patient coordinators, who will review your medical history and personal information from you and bring you through the office. Then it’s time for x-rays, photos and a clinical exam.

Financial

Dr. Reddy, Dr. Haverkos and their staff want to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits within your budget! We will communicate clearly about costs every step of the way by providing a treatment plan with a breakdown of all applicable fees. We will also inform you of all associated costs before treatment is administered.

We believe everyone deserves their best smile. We will do our best to work with you to develop a flexible financial plan.

Our payment options include cash, checks, as well as VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. We also offer in-house financing options and accept third-party financing through CareCredit.

If you have any questions about payment or financing, please ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.

Insurance

If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, your out-of-pocket costs will be reduced. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the best way to maximize your benefit.

We are an in-network/preferred provider for Dental Care Plus and Superior Dental insurance plans. However, we will file your claims on your behalf for all insurances.

Common Problems

Malocclusions are when a person’s teeth or jaws do not fit together properly. Orthodontic treatment is usually necessary to correct the problem. If left untreated, these orthodontic problems can lead to speech difficulty, premature wear of the teeth and protective enamel, and even increase the chance of injury to the teeth and jaw joints.
